Tim has always had a passion for cooking, but he never really considered the deeper issues surrounding the inadequacy in our food system. When he started his weight loss journey and struggled to see progress, a serendipitous meeting with the weightlifting community transformed his perspective. Tim's Menu reflects the adjustments he made to improve his diet and embrace a healthier lifestyle that includes nutrition, exercise, and strength training.
